As an Old Greenwich resident of 50 yearsI had initially intended to select one of my friends affiliated with one of the prominent Greenwich real estate firms for marketing the sale of my five lost in Old Greenwich. Let me explain why I chose to list my properties with Sabine on an exclusive basis instead: Sabine’s in-depth knowledge of the Greenwich real estate market and her ability to develop a vision and “master plan” for the lots was impressive. He subsequent follow-through at every step was simply excellent. After examining the properties, Sabine bought one of parcels for herself and was the first to develop it.
